RESPONDING TO THE GROWING NEEDS FOR CONNECTED VIDEO PROTECTION
The safety of passengers and drivers is a major issue in the transportation sector now and in the future. ACTIA’s video surveillance solutions are constantly being updated to adapt to the market’s requirements (real-time CCTV, searching recorded video, etc.) and to video processing needs (detection of abandoned objects, facial detection or recognition, diagnostics, counting, etc.).
Our systems are specially designed to meet the human safety regulations and requirements applicable to public transport, whether for the bus, coach, tram, metro or train sectors.
ACTIA’s solutions comply with the EN 50155 and EN 45545 standards.

Hypervision and interfacing with operators’ information systems,
Search in real time, remotely or on deposited recording media,
Remote viewing,
Video analysis to facilitate the flow of vehicles (boarding, detection of people and objects at the end of service, etc.),
Detection of people and objects,
Secure recording of videos, including when an alarm or event occurs,
Recording and management of camera video streams
Transmission of feeds from cameras to the ground, or from on-board recording devices to the ground,
Support for available transmission feeds to adapt the video formats transmitted,
Self test of equipment (Built in Test)
Alert to smartphone,
Cybersecurity of systems and equipment.
ACTIA CONNECTED CCTV SOLUTIONS
ACTIA’s solutions rely on a constantly evolving range of equipment:
ANALOGUE OR DIGITAL ON-BOARD CAMERAS
MODULAR RECORDER RANGE
With the ability to adapt their capacity (from 1 TB to 48 TB) to the configuration of the train carriage and to each type of use by operators.
GROUND VIDEO REVIEWER
SECURE EVENT RECORDERS (“BLACK BOXES”)
Resistant to extreme conditions.
HIGH-TECH EQUIPMENT
Images, sounds and metadata from the train carriages are recorded in
real time. IP-based solutions allow the images to be simultaneously broadcast to the control monitors or to the ground control centres via on-board/ground transmission equipment.
The use of a standard like ONVIF enables scalability and flexibility of solutions, facilitating the interface with the various interacting systems (VMS, police, etc.).
Videos recorded on removable media that can be securely hot-swiped can
be replayed for later analysis on the ground. Dedicated on-board/ground communication systems allow video to be offloaded without disc extraction.
With control and communication software, the control centre has the
ability to search and playback recorded video in the vehicles, while continuing recording (remote video recorder function).
The management of events and alarms makes it possible to draw the
attention of the operators to the right vehicle and the right camera very quickly and thus to visualise on the control screens the images of the zone subject to the alarm (Intercom, KSA, etc.).
